Styled shoots can be a superb source of wedding inspiration, which is why I love to feature them on Dotty Vintage Weddings.
When this particular shoot landed in the Dotty Inbox, I couldn’t wait share the images with you. Captured by the talented Nicola Mackrill, I just adore the vintage styling and gorgeous wedding attire and accessories. This dreamy photo shoot features model Katie Burnside who showcased the various bridal looks perfectly.
Rosy Apple Creations provided the pretty trinkets for the photo shoot. Gemma explains, “We are a bespoke event design and styling service and also have an extensive range of beautiful vintage treasures available to hire as part of our services. We are also rather partial to getting our “craft on” and enjoy creating unique design pieces and handcrafted details.” Visit the Rosy Apple website for more details.
The bridal hair accessories were designed by the ever so talented Rebecca Jagger Millinery; I’ve adored her work since I first came across her pieces last year. I particularly love the combination of the oversized hair bow and Vivienne Westwood shoes.
Elenor Rose Bridal provided the dresses that worked perfectly within the shoot setting. Rebecca’s birdcage veil design adds a vintage vibe, and the cut out back is romantic and beautifully detailed. The Elenor Rose Bridal boutique is based in Huddersfield, and I would highly recommend a visit if you’re in the local area.
I think the hair and make up team worked extremely cohesively with one another. The hair styles from Gemma Peers complimented the various hair accessories from Rebecca, and Carys Farrow MUA wasn’t afraid to opt for a bold lip colour to add some variation.
Thanks to the whole team for sharing their beautiful images with Dotty Vintage Weddings.
