For those of you who have read Dotty Magazine Issue Two, you’ll have been lucky enough to see a snippet of this beautiful Rococo Garden photo shoot.
The shoot was a collaboration between a hugely talented group of wedding suppliers, which resulted in some truly beautiful images, captured by The Lemon House Photography. Think Jane Austen meets the Secret Garden, and you’ll be along the right lines…
Stephanie Saunders wrote a fabulous expert column in Dotty Magazine Issue Two on winter wedding flowers, and I was delighted to see that she had provided the flowers for the shoot. The combination of pastel hues is dreamy, and intertwines perfectly with the secret garden location.
The Rococo Garden, which is situated just outside Painswick in the Cotswolds, harks back to an era of “English Garden Design, where gardens were almost theatrical sets used as a backdrop to decadent garden parties.” This garden, which was originally laid out in the early 18th century, has been meticulously cared for and is a perfect backdrop for the picnic scene.
The breathtaking headpieces that Amber wears in the shoot are by Posy & Pearl. Donna, who is the designer behind Posy & Pearl, is based in Gloucestershire. She hand crafts every piece, offering a fabulous range for your wedding day along with a fully bespoke service too.
I also fell in the love with a superb detailing and gorgeous colour way of the cake, which was provided by The Cake Chemists. It works in unison with the floral displays and outdoor setting.
